Spring Forest civic association is a group of citizens who have voluntarily joined together for collective action on community affairs. In general, our objectives are to preserve, enhance, and plan for the orderly development of the neighborhood and to promote the general welfare, safety and civic spirit of the community. The power of a civic association is organized public opinion. Spring Forest Civic association is concerned with everything that affects the community - schools, roads, recreation, zoning, trash collection, assessment, etc. They can and do testify before school boards, county or city boards, planning commissions, and any local government bodies. We all deeply care about Spring Forest and it's families.
